If the goods do not match your expectations, please reach out to us to discuss.  Please note, because we use mostly natural ingredients, the viscosity and skin feel of our products may be different from what you know from commercial brands.  This is by design.  We don't use the same ingredients that the big guys use so the final product is different.  


RETURNS

Returns are allowed up to 30 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this time.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Returns and refunds will only be considered for faulty product.  In the unlikely event that this occurs, please contact us on support@skintolove.co.nz and we will assist you.

To complete your return, we require the order number/invoice number and the goods to be returned to us.
You will be responsible for any courier costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We will consider doing exchanges for incorrect items ordered.  Please contact us to see what we can do for you.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@skintolove.co.nz and send your item to 3/4 Carrowmore, Pinehill, Auckland, Auckland, 0632, New Zealand.
